  • Shipping & Delivery

    GloManiaUSA will ship out your order within 24 hours of payment being made and pride ourselves with a fast, economical and secure shipping service. We use USPS, FEDEX and UPS for deliveries worldwide.

    We offer full tracking on all parcels and packages within the USA and Canada, International packages are best sent UPS or FEDEX, as we can monitor tracking details. USPS International only offers limited tracking. We would advise that you choose the Priority option.

    Taxes are taken in the state of Utah, which is were we are based.

    When you place an order through us, we will estimate the cost of shipping and delivery from our carriers. We hold ALL stock within our warehouse, so we can guarantee shipment within 24 hours.

    Certain Pigments and Powders are not subject to hazmat requirements and therefore can be sent within the US or to almost any country relatively inexpensively.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Return Policy:

    Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. ( This only includes shipping costs should the item be found faulty or damaged when delivered). 
    1: GlomaniaUSA must be informed within 24hrs of delivery of any damaged items received. 
    2: Glow in the Dark products: Place item in direct sunlight for 10 seconds then place in a dark room. Should the item NOT glow, this is  
        classed as a faulty product.
    3: UV Black Light products: These items WILL NOT glow in the dark without a UV Black Light source.
    4: Lipsticks, Make Ups and Body products can NOT be returned due to health and safety reasons.
    5: Pigments , Powders: Should these items be mixed with anything other product than the recommended medium, the returns policy
        becomes invalid.
    We guarantee all our products, pigments, kits and novelties to be of the highest commercial grade, quality and standards. All of which are checked prior to shipping.
    Any errors caused by mislabeling and shipping of the wrong item will be replaced immediately.
    All items shipped back to GloManiaUSA due to faulty or unwanted reasons, must have a RMA number assigned to them. You can get a RMA number by contacting our sales department . All returns must have the relevant documentation and an up to date tracking number .

    An image of the damaged product and copy of invoice must be sent via email within 24 hrs of delivery.
    Reason for the return RMA number request: ie No longer require item: Purchased by mistake: Product damaged in shipping:
    RMA number will be issued via email within 48hrs of receipt.

    Returning Items:

    Products must be returned in original packaging with any free items included.
    Products must be returned with the original invoice and copy of return RMA email.
    Make sure the product is well packaged and a Return RMA Number is clearly visible on the Packaging.
    Contact us again to leave the tracking details of the return so we can monitor it. 

    Reimbursement:

    GlomaniaUSA will refund back to your account within 72 hrs of receiving your returned product. (inc. original shipping costs)
    GlomaniaUSA will reimburse return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( incorrect or defective item).
    Unwanted or Ordered by mistake items will not be given a refund on original shipping or return costs.

    Valid Tracking Issues:

    GlomaniaUSA will not be held responsible for any item that has been shipped or returned without a valid tracking number:
    Should you have an issue with non-delivery:
    1: Return to seller: Incorrect delivery address. Non deliverable item: will automatically be denied a shipping refund. We do NOT charge a restocking fee, product will be refunded upon its return to our offices.
    2: Not received issue.
    GlomaniaUSA ship all items via USPS with full tracking.
    If you state you have not received your item but it shows as delivered by USPS, you must contact your local Post Master.
    1 Ask for an investigation of the package, tracking number can be supplied if you have lost the original documentation.
    2 Ask for a report document stating their findings, and send this to us at customersupport@stardreamgroup.com
    3 Without the final findings from your Post Master we can not refund for the items sent.

    Find the items that you require within our website and add them to your cart. Make sure you choose the right , size, weight or color combination. You will automatically be taken to your shopping cart to either continue shopping or make a payment.

    You can pay for items using most credit cards or even certain online credit facilities like Paypal etc. We recommend that you register with GloManiaUSA, for the simple reason that you do not have to keep entering your details when purchasing from us. GlomaniaUSA is a secure SSL Certified site so you can be sure your data is kept safe. Registration also cuts down time when purchsing products and would can also register for our subscription, giving you great information on new products and discount coupons.
  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    GloManiaUSA reserves the right to change pricing without giving notice.

    We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Promotions are subject to our terms and co0nditions of business please see promotional terms within our website.
  • Viewing Orders

    You can view your orders by simply clicking on the RED shopping cart, positioned on the right of the screen. You also have the ability to see previous / old orders you have placed with us, subject to you registering on GlomaniaUSA

  • Updating Account Information

    Please make sure you update your information, so we do not have any issues when shipping out purchased items. GloManiaUSA will not be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, because of incorrect information.
